Located just 2 miles from the A55 and the coast, it offers easy access to the seaside towns of Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, and Conwy, making it an ideal base for exploring North Wales. Situated in a delightful, elevated setting, this luxury detached property is designed to maximise uninterrupted views over open countryside that run toward the Carneddau mountain range (part of Snowdonia),  include the Great Orme and Little Orme in Llandudno, and stretch out to the sea where you can see Puffin Island and the Isle of Anglesey.

Cedar Lodge sits at the end of a quiet private cul-de-sac, yet it’s only a 10-minute walk (half a mile) from the nearest pub and convenience store, and less than 2 miles from the beach, making it the perfect location for your family getaway. There’s plenty to do year-round, and in the warmer months, you can take advantage of our private heated outdoor swimming pool. It is perfect both as a central base to explore the attractions of North Wales, including Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, and Conwy, or as a secluded holiday spot where you can enjoy superb amenities and complete privacy, with fabulous views from every room.

Completely private, with stunning views and an integrated spa area, the pool is a major attraction for guests of all ages. It’s great for games and relaxation, especially for children, and also features powerful swim jets for those who want to swim against the current. The pool area includes comfortable loungers, a large double hammock, and a Polynesian-themed Tiki bar where you can prepare poolside cocktails.

It’s perfect for celebrating special occasions and is particularly suited to multi-generational gatherings, with something to delight visitors of all ages. Guests can enjoy the large, state-of-the-art cinema room, which features an 86-inch screen, cinema-quality surround sound, and fully reclining cinema chairs. You can stream films via Netflix in full 4K resolution. Children will love the high-performance Xbox One X games console, and guests of all ages can enjoy the pool table, large enclosed gardens, and private heated outdoor pool. Cedar Lodge offers a high-quality, luxurious retreat for your stay.

Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, making it easy to stream movies or work remotely if needed.

The property is large, with ample space for all guests
There are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), 2 cloakrooms with WC, a large, well-equipped kitchen, a dining room that seats 12 comfortably, a living room, a lovely conservatory with panoramic views, and ample private parking for up to 5 vehicles. The master bedroom is particularly impressive, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious marble-floored dressing room, and a double-sized bath where you can relax while watching the integrated bathroom TV with Netflix.

• Bedroom 1: Zip-and-link beds that can form a king or two singles
• Bedroom 2: Double bed
• Bedroom 3: Double bed
• Bedroom 4: King-size bed
• Bedroom 5 (lower ground floor): Zip-and-link beds that can form one super-king plus two singles, or four separate singles. A cot is also available in Bedroom 5 for one baby.

Living areas
The living room features floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views, large comfy sofas, a log burner, and soft lighting from table lamps and a dimmer switch. A second large TV with Sky TV and Netflix is available. Double doors lead to the dining room, which seats 12 and opens onto a double-tiered balcony with space for outdoor dining, lounge seating, and a large gas barbecue for al fresco meals. A highchair is available for younger guests.

The conservatory, which leads off the living room, overlooks the pool and offers breathtaking country and coastal views. It connects to the large balcony and provides a quiet retreat with comfortable sofas.

Kitchen
The large kitchen features bespoke handmade wood units painted in ivory, granite countertops, an island unit, a Belfast sink, a range cooker, an integrated tall fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, and plenty of crockery and utensils. It seats six in a country-style dining area, with panoramic sea and countryside views. You can also enjoy your favorite Sky or Netflix shows while preparing food.

Utility room
A separate utility room includes base and wall shaker-style units, a large family washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, and iron, along with storage space. A rear door leads to the enclosed patio, with woodland views, gardens, and a washing line.

Games room
A door from the main house provides access to the attached double garage, which houses a full-height freezer and serves as a large games room with a full-sized table tennis table, table soccer, and darts.

Please note:

• Stag and hen parties are not accepted.
• Cedar Lodge is ideal for extended family groups of various ages but not suitable for large groups of singles. We do not accept bookings to host parties.
• The property is in a peaceful residential area, and we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours and avoid excessive noise.
• A strict limit of 12 guests applies at any time, day or night.
• The outdoor heated pool is available from 1st May to the end of September, with heating included in the rental price. Heating can be arranged in April and October for an additional charge.
• The accommodation is spread over three floors and is not suitable for wheelchair access or those with mobility issues.
• Motion-sensitive security cameras are installed outside the property, monitoring the driveway, front door, back door, side passage, and rear patio. They are not activated while guests are in residence. Noise-monitoring devices, which measure sound levels only, are installed on the first floor, lower ground floor, and rear patio.
